Non-Profit Dog Groups
$100/day deposit required

HOT Dog Club Members

No charge for building if reservation is for an “eligible” member of the HOT Dog Club.  Otherwise, rental rates, as shown above, shall apply.

* Note:  “Eligible” members of the HOT Dog Club may train with non-club members for no cost and count   as one member of the group in order to provide a discount for their friends.

Outdoor Agility Ring Rental

HOT Dog Club Members

“Eligible” members of the HOT Dog Club pay ½ of above prices.  Otherwise, rental rates, as shown above, shall apply.

* Note:  “Eligible” members of the HOT Dog Club may train with non-club members for half price and count as one member of the group in order to provide a discount for their friends.

Reservations

·  In order to use the building, the time slot must be reserved and confirmed (including HOT member reservations.)

·   HOT Dog Club reserves the right of first choice for time slots.

·   No individual building rentals to non-HOT Dog Club members from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm Monday thru Friday.

·   No individual agility ring rentals to non-HOT Dog Club members from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm Monday thru Sunday.  Agility field is only rented during daylight hours.

·   HOT Dog Club Instructors and Provisionals shall either have the hour before or after the class they are teaching, or they may reserve the ring at another time.

HOT Dog Club Training Facility Rules

·     The use of the training building and agility ring is for obedience, rally, agility and competition training; it is not intended to be used for aggressive or vicious dog behavior modification training.

·     HOT must have signed waiver and rental agreement on file before usage

·     No E-collars (shock collars).

·     Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and provide copy of current rabies paperwork.

·     Dogs must be on a flea-control program.

·     No dogs, crates, x-pens, or training supplies to be left unattended.

·     May train with food, but please pick up any left on floor.

·     Must pick up dog waste with plastic bags provided and dispose in OUTSIDE garbage bin.

·     Must keep dogs quiet because of surrounding businesses.

·     Bitches in season may enter training building but must be wearing britches.

·     Bitches in season may not enter the agility ring.

·     Building doors and locks must be secured before leaving.

A Simplex type combination lock will be used on the front door.  The Building Chair
will periodically change the code and provide at time the facility is reserved.

Alcoholic Beverage Policy

Consumption and/or possession of alcoholic beverages at the Houston Obedience Training (HOT) Dog Club Training Facility is strictly forbidden during activities and events.  Violators will be asked to leave the premises, immediately and shall be denied future use of the training building or agility ring.  Activities and events governed by this policy include, but are not limited to training sessions, classes, show and gos, matches, trials, tests, workshops, seminars and rental use.
